 Anda Kadhi is a popular Indian recipe made with eggs and yogurt. Here's a simple recipe to make Anda Kadhi at home:


Ingredients:


- 4 eggs, hard-boiled and halved

- 1 cup yogurt

- 1/2 cup water

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

- Salt, to taste

- 2 tablespoons ghee or oil

- Chopped cilantro for garnish


Instructions:


1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, water, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, and salt.

2. Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the yogurt mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

3. Add the hard-boiled eggs to the yogurt mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.


Note: You can adjust the amount of spices according to your taste preferences. Additionally, you can add other ingredients like garlic, ginger, or onions to the yogurt mixture for added flavor.
