1 cup beson(gram flour)  

 2 cup  water(adjust for desired consistency)  

1 onion,finely chopped 

2-3 green chillies , slit

1-2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste 

1 teaspoon mustard seeds 

1 teaspoon cumin seeds 

1 teaspoon turmeric powder 

1-2 tablespoons oil

Salt to taste 

Fresh coriander leaves chopped (for garnish)


#PREPARE THE BESAN MIXTURE #


In a bowl,mix besan with a little water to form a smooth paste.add turmeric and salt 


#TEMPERING#


Heat oil in a pan.add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.let then splitter

Add chopped onion and green chillies saut'e until onion are golden 


#COOK THE BESAN #


slowly add the besan mixture to the pan while stirring continuously to avoid lumps

Gradually add more water to achieve a pourable consistency 


#COOK THE PITHLA#


Cook on the low heat for about 10-15 mins stirring frequently like consistency adjuest salt to taste


#GARNISH#


Once cooked ,garnish with fresh coriander leaves .
